"CAP Forward 100%" adapts to its immediate surroundings; the building is shaped by the plot's form and the current planning regulations. The compact and regular volume rises in height with shifts, incorporating two courtyards that act as the building's lungs. On the ground and first floors, it is set back from the plane of Av. J. Tarradellas i Joan and the party wall, creating a covered area for ambulances and a passage that connects the entrances with the green area. On floors 2-3-4, the building withdraws from the SE facade to comply with planning and extends towards the NW facade, creating a porch on the lower floors. On floors 5-6-7, this scheme is maintained, reducing the section on the NW facade and expanding it on the SW facade, creating a porch on the terrace of the first floor.
