Interior reform for new offices in Via Augusta

The project is carried out in a rectangular building with a structural grid of reinforced concrete pillars, a rigid core where the vertical communications and slabs of slabs with reinforced concrete beams are located. The intervention consists of the rehabilitation of the first floor for some. The plant enclosures are made with horizontal windows from pillar to pillar. The distribution of the office space of each floor varies depending on the tenant or entity that has the space, while the space of toilets and hall, is maintained for each of the floors but with different finishes.
