The main objective of the proposal is to recover the Violeta building in the Gràcia neighbourhood while respecting the image of the original building designed by the architect Jaume Gustà. The proposal focuses on the interior refurbishment of the building, where the staircase takes on a central role, creating an interior route that accommodates the different programmatic areas of the project in a kind of promenade that articulates the entire building. Once the main entrance from Carrer Maspons is crossed, the staircase appears, distributing all the spaces. The staircase bursts into the lobby in a theatrical manner, leaping from wall to wall and generating different perspectives of the building.
