The new Lleida Territorial Delegation is conceived as a compact, efficient public building open to the city, directly connected to Camp de Mart and La Seu Vella. The project combines a clear functional layout with a sustainable architectural approach based on timber structure, bioclimatic façades, courtyards, natural ventilation and photovoltaic energy production.
The roof, visible from La Seu Vella, is treated as a fifth green and energy-generating façade. The interior spaces are designed to be open, flexible and healthy, integrating vegetation and biophilic design principles to enhance user comfort and wellbeing.
