The proposal is conceived as an intervention on the party wall that would serve both the residents directly adjacent to it and passersby accessing Font Florida Park. One of the main objectives is to bring as much natural light as possible into the building's light well, which is currently closed to the exterior, by opening the project to the east, where the sunlight comes from. Given the centenary of the founding of the Bauhaus school of design and architecture, some of the most symbolic buildings of this architectural movement were taken as a reference, which, through the use of curves, achieve more continuous and pure volumes.
