The project involved the demolition of an existing building to construct a new office block with a data center (CPD) in the starting area of the new ZAL of the Port of Tarragona. The design of the new building had two clear objectives: first, to provide the client with a new control building to supervise and monitor the surrounding installation areas, and second, to create a new office infrastructure capable of hosting a CPD that would serve the entire area.
