The main strategy is to construct a volume with two large patios on the long sides of the plot, wide enough to achieve optimal levels of natural lighting and ventilation on both floors. The building integrates into its immediate surroundings, using the materials of the closest elements present today, and focuses on the community by generating energy locally, thus contributing to the creation of a decentralized, fair, efficient, and collaborative energy system. Access to the building is planned at the level of the Gardens of Beatriz de Provença, continuing the interior path from the Myrurgia Park. This action, in addition to allowing good accessibility to the building, provides direct visual access from the exterior of the block.
