The action is framed in two of the existing commercial premises of a multi-family housing building. This building is part of a set of three buildings connected by a mezzanine floor. The building in which the premises to intervene are located is located on Avinguda de Escolapi Càncer, number. The project consists of the reform and union of these premises to make a space – home for the young people of the neighborhood.
