Rehabilitation and renovation of housing block for CRAE

This project consists of a comprehensive renovation of a block (ground floor + 2 levels) and its adjacent spaces (development of the entire remaining free surface and the treatment of party walls and facades adjacent to the building) located inside the block of c/ General Prim nº 69 in Hospitalet de Llobregat, this being a non-conforming volumetry according to PGM.
