The project intervention consists of adapting the exterior spaces of schools, transforming them into "climate refuge" elements for their potential opening to the public and in compliance with the new requirements and criteria of the CEB. To achieve the best and most suitable result for each school, a study of the needs is carried out in each case, and interventions are made in the exterior spaces that require it the most. Recreational, leisure, and social well-being areas are designed for their users. Playful, accessible, and inclusive spaces are created, functioning as natural lungs for the intervention area, providing environmental benefits for the community. New green spaces are generated, transforming the urban outdoor landscape with green areas, shaded zones, play and leisure areas, and various relationship spaces.
